AMCTO 2023: What a great time!

Just a quick update from the 2023 AMCTO Conference in Niagara Falls, Ontario: what a great show, and what a great time!

As expected, the Association of Municipal Managers, Clerks and Treasurers of Ontario put on a great event. FOI Assist had an opportunity to meet with a wide variety of municipal staff, including municipal clerks, deputy clerks, CAO’s, and of course, quite a few records and privacy specialists.

It was a great forum for sharing short, live demonstrations of the FOI Assist software with professionals who were well-positioned to understand its value and even offer suggestions as well.

It was also a great event for connecting with existing clients, many of whom were at the show. The feedback I received from both current clients and prospective clients was invaluable.
