The FOI Assist Software

Does processing Freedom of Information requests take up too much of your time? Do you worry you might be skipping steps, or making mistakes in your correspondence with requestors? Is staying on top of the latest guidance and keeping your letter templates up-to-date turning into a job of its own?

It’s time to consider how the FOI Assist software can help you spend less time processing FOI requests while significantly reducing the complexity involved. Why calculate deadlines, keep track of clock status, fee estimates and time extentions, or spend time drafting letters from templates, when the right software could be doing all of this for you? Read the FOI Assist release announcement for more information, or get in touch with me directly. I would be happy to answer any questions you may have, and I am always happy to provide a live demonstration of the FOI Assist software via videoconference. I hope to hear from you!
